About This Project

Welcome to Fyter, an open source web application dedicated to EA Sports UFC5 players that lets you explore, add, edit, and keep track of UFC5 fighters in one place.

This software is designed as a free, community-sourced data contribution tool, enabling public collaborative editing to provide players with dynamic experience to efficiently search for and manage fighter data.

What’s the Goal?

This web application software aims to centralize EA UFC5 fighters stats information. Players can search for specific fighter names, view or update fighter stats, request to add new fighters and even mark certain fighter stats or attributes as “outdated” until it gets updated by the community.

Key Features

  • Search & Filter: look up specific fighters by name or apply filters like divisions, perks, fighting styles or in-game fighter stats.
  • Edit & Update: If a fighter’s stats need adjusting, simply update the fields, resolve outdated data.
  • Add Fighters: Submit new fighters (or their alter egos) through a dedicated form with proper validation.
  • Outdated Data Alerts: If any fighter’s info becomes outdated, there’s an outdated icon ( ) to indicate it needs to be updated.
  • Alter Egos: Some fighters have alternate versions. This project supports managing those unique “alter egos,” too.
  • Requests Fighters: The system also tracks “Fighter Requests,” so you can add, review, and finalize new fighter.
  • Smart Filtering: You can chain multiple filters one after another to really zero in on that perfect fighter.

Chained Filtering

Get creative with your filters to explore surprising insights about each fighter’s strengths and weaknesses.

Roles & Access

This web application software includes a role-based system to ensure each user has the right permissions.

If you only need to view the data, you can stick to the default Viewer role that's automatically assigned after registration.
